Joe has been transplanted in Texas from the Midwest and most recently Nashville, Tennessee and quickly adopted the love and culture of Texas.  He brings 20+ years of hospitality and travel industry expertise to the Ranch. Having spent time in the Convention and Visitors Bureau industry in Kansas City, and in sales and operations with Gaylord and Hilton brand hotels, as well as Expedia, Joe offers proven customer service excellence. His wife Sheri, a Southwest Airlines 20-year veteran, shares his enthusiasm for the hospitality and travel industry. He appreciates the history and rich western culture of Fort Worth and the Stockyards and what it represents to the world.
Chris hails from Houston, Texas. His skills in project management make him a key part of the day-to-day workings at the Ranch. He is a licensed plumber, with construction, electrical and contract vendor relations experience. In other words, he is our jack-of-all-trades! He has a passion for the Stockyards and helping make River Ranch Stockyards the authentic destination you see today.
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Midlothian, Texas. She comes from a ranching family, bringing knowledge and experience with livestock shows, agricultural related events and marketing. A graduate of Tarleton State, Kaitlyn has stayed close to her roots representing the Stockyards and helping to build the future of the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District.
Tifani has been with the River Ranch Stockyards team since 2013, working her way from bartender to administrative assistant, bar manager and event sales. She brings over 6 years of experience in the administrative field and 19 years in the hospitality industry including bartending, bar management, and front of house management. Tifani is dedicated to continuous improvement, experienced in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and ready to receive guests with a warm Texas welcome.
With a degree in communications from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!), Ashlee brings 16 years experience in public relations, advertising, events and tourism. She honed her skills at the two largest global trade show and events companies – GES and Freeman Decorating Company and spent several years in tourism sales at the Grapevine Convention and Visitors Bureau. Ashlee heads up the sales team, marketing, advertising, development and livestock programs for River Ranch Stockyards. Her family is rooted in Texas and rodeo, operating Double R Rodeo Company, started in 1938 by Roland Reid and standing as the oldest continuously running rodeo company in the state of Texas. Outside of the Ranch, her time is spent “next door” helping her family with weekly stock production of the Stockyards Championship Rodeo and Billy Bob’s Texas Bull Riding Show and many private livestock events.
Joe is a Fort Worth native who has worked for some of the top chefs in the city.  His past culinary experiences include Reata, Magdalenas, and the Ashton Hotel.  With over 13 years in the industry, he has had the opportunity to learn from Lou Lambert, Gabriel Ochoa, and Juan Rodriguez.  Joe’s incredible culinary talents led him to a career with River Ranch Stockyards in early 2016.  Joe’s passion lies in creating fine Texas Cuisine with Spanish influences.  He is known for his incredible flavors and outstanding culinary execution.
Chrissy grew up in the small west Texas small town of Andrews surrounded by horses, chickens, peacocks, goats and every stray dog and cat from the surrounding 30 miles it seemed. She moved to the area and started in the service industry over 10 years ago. A people person, Chrissy has bartended in high-volume event settings, hole-in-the-walls, clubs, you name it! She joined the Ranch team in 2016 and heads up the event service team. Her two favorite (kid free) places are her craft room and behind the bar. Her favorite things to do are zip lining and traveling. She and her husband Kenny enjoy free time with daughter Kenni and son Brendan.
